Terms and Conditions for Online Bookings
Please note that our Terms and Conditions have changed as of 01/08/2011
- Individual classes within courses cannot be exchanged or rescheduled.
- Due to the number of people changing their bookings and the large
administrative workload that this has created, we have decided to start
charging for this service. As of 18/05/2011 there will be a £5
administrative fee for changing or cancelling bookings.
- The student may transfer the booking to a different date at any time up to 72 hours prior to the class start date (subject to a £5 administration fee) by contacting bookings@gorillacircus.com
- Cancellations are only permitted with 1 weeks notice (subject to a £5 administration fee), however bookings are transferable between persons.
- Refunds will only be offered if Gorilla Circus has canceled a class and cannot offer a replacement. All refunds are at the discretion of Gorilla Circus.
- All outdoor classes are weather dependent. Gorilla Circus will attempt to notify students of any class cancellations at least an hour before the class start time. It is the student’s responsibility to rebook their class before the end of the outdoor season, no refunds can be offered if the student
fails to rebook within this time.
- If weather conditions stop a class continuing less than 30mins into a class, the students will be able to rebook for any similar class. It is the student’s responsibility to rebook their class before the end of the outdoor season, no refunds can be offered if the student fails to rebook within this time.
- If weather conditions stop a class continuing more than 30mins into a class, students will be entitled to a 50% discount on their next booking.
- All classes start promptly at the times listed. Latecomers may not be allowed to join the class.
- It is the students responsibility to arrive at the location listed on the Gorilla Circus website and to leave adequate time for their journey. Gorilla Circus cannot accept any liability for information from third party sources.
- All decisions regarding the running or cancellation of any class are at the absolute discretion Gorilla Circus whose decision shall be final.
- Students will need to sign a disclaimer before they participate in any class. A copy of the disclaimer can be viewed at: http://www.gorillacircus.com/Consent2010.pdf
- Deposits taken for private bookings are only refundable if Gorilla Circus cancels the booking and cannot offer a replacement. All refunds are at the discretion of Gorilla Circus.
